1. Our 21-Day Money-Back Guarantee

1.1 Eligible Subscription Plans

The 21-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to:

  • Monthly Subscription Plan
  • Annual Subscription Plan

1.2 Guarantee Terms

  • Full refund available within 21 days of initial subscription activation.
  • Guarantee is valid only once per user account

EXCLUSION OF MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

PLEASE BE ADVISED: The Money Back Guarantee policy is expressly not applicable to individuals who have previously utilized our Free Trial service. 

Any customer who has accessed, registered for, or otherwise participated in the Free Trial offering is hereby ineligible for the Money Back Guarantee program on subsequent purchases of the same service or product.

This exclusion is absolute and no exceptions shall be made regardless of the duration or extent of Free Trial usage.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Claim Submission

  • Refund requests must be submitted through a support ticket
  • Support ticket must be created at: https://www.spaceduct.com/support
  • Ticket must be submitted within 21 days of subscription activation

2.2 Refund Limitations

  • Guarantee becomes void if:
    • User does not submit a support ticket within 21 days
    • User has previously used the money-back guarantee
    • User terminates and later re-subscribes to the service

3. Non-Refundable Services

3.1 Excluded Plans and Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Lifetime Subscriptions
  • All Add-on Services
  • In-App Credits
  • Promotional or Discounted Subscriptions
  • One-time Purchase Services

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days
  • Currency and exchange rates will match the original transaction

5. Special Conditions

5.1 Partial Usage

  • Refund eligibility is not affected by partial service usage
  • Full refund will be provided regardless of service consumption

5.2 Account Status

  • Refund will result in immediate account deactivation
  • Restored access requires a new subscription purchase
